hello. ive got TWO things to type today. My food rules and my hol plans. but first, ive got to moan abt this fris gb:
arghhhhh!!! >< D: gb!!! friday!!!!!!!!!! nooooooooooooo NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i thought no more already! so happy, then saw the sms! noooooooooooooooooo arghhhhhhhhhhhhh! need to polish Boots!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sobs.
okay. food rules. ive been breaking some of them lately:
1. no sweets (sigh i even asked for a sweet from eunice today)
2. no processed food (exception: gparents house the food.. but luncheon meat is BANNED!)
3. no white bread, those wholemeal only.
4. veggies are good for me.
5. meat must take out fat and skin, no matter how long it takes me (duh)
6. eat until full/almost then stop (exp: gparents hse)
7. no eating for fun. (ive not been doing that)
8. dont drink stuff with too much sugar. water is best.. D:
i think there are more. but i can recall now. i seem to have gained 1kg (in fat) btw. must exercise more.
later then i post hol plans. must go out buy food for tmr nights dinner. for which im making a sandwich. cause no one at home. so.. must be healthy!

i went to search about white lines on nails. fingernails. my mum thot it was too much sugar and tinmei said that someone said it was lack of vitamins. well.. ive got one on my forth finger. to sum it up, i think its iron/zinc defiency. but i cant be sure cause i checked only a few websites. actuall not a few la. quite alot. some say got prob but cant be. they say some chiem chiem sickness.
but then, how could i have iron zinc defiency? i eat multivitamin everyday! unless i forget. hahas. im eating one now cause i think i forgot this morn.

i hate. but at least exams are over. it feels like hols already!
but wed we get our test papers back! D; i dont want!! boohoo! D... : sigh. i know that my lit and hist were quite bad. i was so unprepared! >< the only paper i wanna see is my maths. oh well. anyway im going course 2. i think that maths is the easiest subject. isnt that right?? easy to study, easy to do. im starting to like it! but the feeling will last till next years first maths lesson. sigh.
i dont seem to have something i wanna be when i grow up. i think i need a goal. sigh. i was thinking abt nutritionist. sounds fun right? but the mdm chong consultation she say i might not get it if i dont go course 1. >< oh well. anything fun is fine with me. how bout manager of shopping centre? sounds fun too! :D mmm.. next time ill get a part time job first. what? hmm. thinkthink think. oh yes. help in a bakery. small small bakery. :D great! or flower shop. small of course. wunderful! so interesting! yay!

D: ytd went shoppin at vivo with my mum. went harbourfront too. bought 3 quater jeans. quarter. then i we saw this pair of really nice shoes at Infamous , vivo there. itwas those sneakers kind but it was pink!!!!! lacey! with some floweryness. how nice. but ofcours i didnt buy it. doesnt it sound expensive? cause it was. sale price at 70 something, but actual was 1 something 9. haha so im going to try to recreate it! or is it create/ so. using my sch shoes. not the recent one. the cnverse one. it has to be washed, bleached. ilhave to buy a white paint marker so ican cover that red stripe. then myst buy beads, ribbon, lace. oh.and dye it! ive doed another pair of shoues befre but not this kind. hahas my spelling is atrocius1 i wanna put the phto here but idunno howt. i relyy hope it works! but it would look off. oh well. nothing else to rite already right? good. i cant take my spelling anymre, but i cant really be bothered tocorect it.

ytd went out with the oths but xiuwei didnt come. then buy stuff. bought nancy some yellow stuff. kinda big. and its all yelloww. the wrapping paper t the things to the plastic bag. hahas. minitoons. so. ive finally changed the blog skin! yay!
and mon got nancy's bday party. but its like at night. well.. afternoon la. and must bring torchlight D: i mean, having the need to bring a torchlight means theres somthing scary. and she told me its a bit scary. so. then. my torchlight is quite weak. like its on and its like its not on. oh well. i hope theres not going to be screaming that night. i dont think that it will come from me though. :D oh. and i dont really like scary.
exams are oveer, what to do? ytd night stayed up late to watch why why love though i watched before. cause its the last ep. D: i think the happy part of the ending a bit short. unlike dby. i like long happy end parts :D at night quiet quiet quait qauit .. how to spell quiat?!! oh wait. quaite. quite! yes! good. so, at night quiet quiet quite nice. hahhahs. esp after midnight. its like its the next day so i feel like dont sleep also nothing will happen. nothing as in not getting sleepy in the morning. cause its already morn and im not sleepy! great!
