hello. ive got TWO things to type today. My food rules and my hol plans. but first, ive got to moan abt this fris gb:
arghhhhh!!! >< D: gb!!! friday!!!!!!!!!! nooooooooooooo NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i thought no more already! so happy, then saw the sms! noooooooooooooooooo arghhhhhhhhhhhhh! need to polish Boots!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sobs.
okay. food rules. ive been breaking some of them lately:
1. no sweets (sigh i even asked for a sweet from eunice today)
2. no processed food (exception: gparents house the food.. but luncheon meat is BANNED!)
3. no white bread, those wholemeal only.
4. veggies are good for me.
5. meat must take out fat and skin, no matter how long it takes me (duh)
6. eat until full/almost then stop (exp: gparents hse)
7. no eating for fun. (ive not been doing that)
8. dont drink stuff with too much sugar. water is best.. D:
i think there are more. but i can recall now. i seem to have gained 1kg (in fat) btw. must exercise more.
later then i post hol plans. must go out buy food for tmr nights dinner. for which im making a sandwich. cause no one at home. so.. must be healthy!
